Cooking Instructions
Rinse 1 cup farro well, drain, and then combine with 4 cups water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer covered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 25 minutes it should be tender and comparable in texture to al dente pasta. drain the excess water, season to taste, and add a bit of olive oil to keep the grains from sticking.
