In a heat proof porcelain or glass vessel, combine 1-2 teaspoonfuls of pellets with 8 oz of boiled and cooled (to about 175*F) water. Steep for no longer than one minute. You can reuse the leaves for up to 5 brews by adding 30 seconds of steeping time to each brew.
